About the program

This 8-week hybrid strength program combines effective gym and home-based workouts to help you build real, functional strength while targeting specific physique goals—like stronger pull-ups and more developed quads and glutes. With 4 weekly strength sessions (2 lower body, 2 upper body) and 1 LISS/core day, the program balances intensity with recovery so you can train consistently without burnout. You'll progress week by week with a structured plan that focuses on muscle growth, movement quality, and confidence-building milestones—like your first unassisted pull-up. Whether you're working with a full gym setup or just dumbbells at home, this plan adapts to you while delivering results you can feel and see.

    Hi there! 👋🏼 Im so happy you’re here! I’m Heather - wife to Ethan and momma of two toddlers (5 & 2) and a full time RN turned Fitness Coach! We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines.
